The set does include the two floral pieces, titles for 'welcome' day, days, wk, wks, mo, mos, yr, yrs. (on the bottom half of the flower). 12 blank tops of the flower and the numbers 1-12 cut out.
It also includes the name so please put the name you want in the notes section of your order. The fonts will be as shown in the picture. (Vanilla cream for the first name and Century Gothic for the middle).
They will be cut from 1/8" mdf and sized to fit on either a 12" 15" or 18" - you choose. They will be blank and unpainted.
